To all Concerned Deviants, And if you're unconcerned, why the &^%$ are you reading this? Sorry about that, having a rough day with the shoulder; and on that topic..... As I said in my last Journal Entry "The Latest" surgery went well. I'm now in a physical therapy program which is going PAINFULLY  (literally) slow, I can move the shoulder almost 25° (YAY!!!) and the surgeon says, I should be "Back to as close to as normal as you're going to get, in about 8mo. to a year."; can you get any more ambiguous???? Oh Well...... Keep stretching, keep working on it, if it hurts-it works, if it hurts a LOT-back off. On the art side of things...... Si

Hey Everyone, I know some of you have been wondering if I haven't dropped off the face of the Earth. I haven't, gravity works; come to think of it, I can blame gravity for the injury to my shoulder (mostly; the rest was trying to rush through a tough job). My deepest thanks to those of you who have been concerned about my well being. Surgery went fairly well, actually better than the surgeon had hoped. I had torn the rotator cuff in two directions and he had some apprehensions about being able to successfully reattach the muscle to the bone; not in his ability, but whether there was enough good muscle there to work with. Well, it seems that Mr. Murphy (you know, Murphy's Laws) has come for an extended visit. He has set up camp in my living room, is sleeping on my couch, and has taken a giant crap on my computer. I wound up having to buy a new Hard Drive and I'm in the process of reinstalling ALL of my programs (nearly 500gig, SHEESH!!!!!). Thankfully it looks like most of the images are still intact on the old Hard Drive, so as I disect what remains of the carcass, I'll post some of my older stuff to keep y'all amused. Not only did he take my Hard Drive to lunch, he started a slow drippy leak in my cooling radiator, so I'm waiting on the parts from FrozenCPU
